I absolutely love brunch – by far my most favorite meal of the day. If I could brunch every day, I would. My favorite part about brunch? Mimosas, of course! Kidding. Sort of. You just can’t go wrong with chilled orange juice and champagne – such a simple drink yet taste so delicious.
