Anytime I get a chance to have Mac & Cheese, I am not going to pass it up! So when I received an email from Moms Meet asking if I wanted to review four different flavors of Mac & Cheese that’s gooder for you and spreads positivity, I was totally in! Little did I know we would be finding a brand new family favorite!
GOODLES began with a big idea for a very small thing: to create a super nutritious noodle that looks, cooks, and tastes just like a normal, delicious noodle. Endless hours at the stove and over a thousand versions later, say hello to GOODLES, a gooder noodle. GOODLES packs your mac with both the good stuff you want and tons of yum!
Mac & Cheese – A staple growing up in almost anyones family
Am I right in assuming that? I mean Mac & Cheese was a weekly, sometimes nightly meal in our house growing up. It was easy, delicious, affordable and something we all could agree on. As a parent, I am finding that to be true with my three girls. If I mention the words Mac n’ Cheese – I always get three HIP HIP HOORAYS! With that being said, as a parent who tries to limit the “bad stuff” where I can – I was not excited to see exactly what was in our go-to mac n’ cheese. YIKES!
I knew I couldn’t give up this easy go-to meal because, as I’ve mentioned, mac n’ cheese night is the night when all five of us can agree! But I knew I needed something better. So when I got the word about GOODLES, I knew I found what I had been searching for….

– Most Important – Unbelievably Delicious
Cheddy Mac – Classic creamy cheddar mac tastes like your childhood, but eats like a balanced meal. You won’t feel bad having seconds. Or thirds.
Mover & Shaker – Their cacio e pepe-inspired mac is savory, peppery-parmy, and always down for a good time. If I can’t be in Italy, at least I can pretend. Pair this with a bold red wine, a little Andrea Bocelli on the record player and there ya go.
Shella Good – Aged white cheddar mac with shells is tangy, nutty and sure to satisfy.
Twist my Parm – Asiago cheese sauce coats every noodly twist of nourishing indulgence. It is cheesy, rich and makes you never want to put your spoon down.
In case it’s too hard for you to choose, you can order a variety pack on their website! You can Save 25% on GOODLES Mac & Cheese with code MOMSAREGOODER. Score!!
We started with the Mover & Shaker, which seems furthest from your “typical” mac n’ cheese, so I wasn’t sure what the girls would think. Seeing that it is more savory and peppery, I thought they might say it was spicy (remember they’re three), but that wasn’t the case. They all LOVED IT. I put one bowl out, just to try, and within minutes, they had the entire (cooled off) pan on their table + two extra spoons. I had to beg them for a bite. Ha. It paired perfectly with a freshly baked (from Costco) baguette with a bit of butter. It honestly felt like a fancy meal. All I needed with it was a glass of wine. That would have been *chefs kiss*.
We’ve seen allllll the healthy noodles claiming to be delicious, but let’s be honest….they’re totally not. They’re mushy, flavorless, and yeah, we don’t want them! But, let me tell you. They’ve cracked the code, and you’re going to want to eat these ones! Wowza! However, with that being said, happiness is guaranteed, so if you have a childhood flashback of having to eat grandmas famous (but gross) casserole, they’ll refund your money.
While they’ve reimagined our nostalgic food from childhood into something so nutrient-packed and delicious, they also show us how small acts of goodness can have huge impacts on the world. They’re shining the light on little things with big impact, random acts of kindness, moments of magic that pop up in the world every now and then: the petting-a-doggie, roller-skating-unicorn, and yes, tasty-bowl-of-mac stuff that makes us just feel…gooder.
Also, we all know that making, doing and being gooder is hard when you’re worried about when you might eat next. This is why they’re committed to giving away at least 1% of all the products they sell to organizations that address food insecurity. Right now, they’re working with their friends over at World Central Kitchen! World Central Kitchen (WCK) uses the power of food to nourish communities and strengthen economies in times of crisis and has created a new model for disaster response through its work helping devastated communities recover and establish resilient food systems. WCK has served more than 50 million fresh meals to people impacted by natural disasters and other crises around the world.
Fun Fact: Gal Gadot aka Wonder Woman is a founding partner. She is working with them to do her part to share the values of health and cleaner eating and a shared love of this delicious noodle dish with the world! She mentioned that growing up in Israel, her aunt and uncle would visit once a year from America with gifts. She ALWAYS requested mac and cheese. I love that. I probably would, too!
Delicious and Nutritious Mac n’ Cheese that the entire family can agree on. ✔️ Quality ingredients. ✔️ A super star packed team with with a stellar mission, showing up for our communities. I’d say that Goodles hits all the marks and MORE. 10/10 recommend giving them a shot and then going out and spreading a little positivity.
