While classes and programs will have separate fees, the season pass is an affordable way to make the most of your swimming experience. The Columbus Aquatics Center is open 11 months out of the year, with a 30-day closure for annual maintenance in late summer. During the summer months, hours will be limited to lap swim and programs only. The Dublin Community Recreation Center (DCRC) has an impressive indoor aquatics area that features both a competition pool and a leisure pool. The competition pool offers 11 lanes for swimmers to practice and compete in. Meanwhile, the leisure pool is perfect for those who want to relax and have fun with family and friends. Groveport Recreation Center

Relax or swim some laps in their indoor 145,000 gallon pool that is complete with zero-depth entry leisure area, frog slide (for children 10 years of age and under), lazy river, 25 meter lap pool, and lounge chairs. The water temperature is kept between 83 and 85 degrees. The GRC employs American Red Cross Certified Lifeguards. Classes offered in the pool include Water Aerobics, National Arthritis Foundation Classes, Swim Lessons and Lifeguarding Classes.

Westerville Community Center

We LOVE the indoor pool at Westerville Community Center! With options for both leisure and competition, the whole family is sure to have a good time. The leisure pool is packed with activities, including zero-depth entry, lap lanes, and a water current section, but the real fun is in the new dueling slides. Complete with lights and gaming systems to track your speed and accuracy, you can challenge your friends and see who comes out on top. For even more excitement, check out the water playground, featuring mini dueling slides, a tube slide, fountains, and a 159-gallon water bucket for an exhilarating splash zone.

If you’re looking for a more traditional swimming experience, the modern eight-lane, 25-yard lap/competition pool is perfect for swimming laps or practicing dives. And for those who prefer a warmer swim, the new warm water pool offers three 20-yard lap lanes and a water current section for aquatic programs and open swim time.
