Woo hoo! “Hot Mikey’s Takeover” brings eighth year of Ohio’s favorite pizza party.
Hot Chicken Takeover (HCT) and Mikey’s Late Night Slice (LNS) are teaming up for their eighth year, bringing back the fan favorite collaboration pizza made with HCT Nashville Style Hot Chicken, house made Ranch Dressing, and pickles on an LNS pizza.
Things to Know
- The classic “Hot Mikey’s Takeover” Pizza will be available by-the-slice and as whole pies at all LNS locations from Monday, February 6th through Sunday, February 19th, including the Hollywood Casino and in O-T-R in Cincinnati.
- The “Hot Mikey’s Takeover: Ma’s Mac Edition” a version of the collaboration with HCT’s special recipe macaroni and cheese, also returns for a week by-the-slice or as whole pies at all LNS locations for the week of Monday February 20th through Sunday February 26th.
- A very special Vegan version of “Hot Mikey’s Takeover,” made with HCT’s plant based Nuggs® and house-made plant based Ranch will be available at the LNS location at 892 Oak St for the weekend of Friday 2/17 thru Sunday 2/19.
- The HMT pizza will be available at all Mikey’s Late Night Slice locations, as well as through Door Dash delivery services: 1030 N. But, even better news!?
For the first time since pre-pandemic years, a VIP Sneak Preview Party will be held prior to the public launch. This part is SUPER FUN and EXTRA delicious!! The party will be held at the LNS at 892 Oak St in the Olde Towne East area of Columbus, featuring an all-you-can-eat buffet of the original Hot Mikey’s Takeover pizza, the Ma’s Mac version, and the Vegan version, and a special showcase of chicken and pizza themed humor at The Attic Comedy club, located in the upstairs area of the LNS location. This might actually be the most epic party of them all.
Tickets are on sale NOW for $30 each. Price includes all-you-can-eat pizza and an adult beverage. Tickets may be purchased for either a 5pm-7pm time slot, or 7pm-9pm time slot. A portion of the proceeds from the party will benefit the Columbus Diaper Bank. Did you know HCT and LNS began their collaboration back in 2016? If you aren’t familiar, The Columbus Diaper Bank works to provide diapers to families in need. Primarily, partnering with community-based social agencies, and structured with a 100% volunteer board, Columbus Diaper Bank plans on making sure Central Ohio families meet this basic need.
