- Sparkling Spruce, presented by Diamond Cellar: Witness a contemporary take on the traditional tannenbaum at Adventure Cove, where a stunning display of light and sound awaits.
- Sounds of the Season, presented by WODC 93.3 The Bus: Delight in the musical talents of local groups, spreading joy with their melodic performances at the Lakeside Theater.
- Holiday Magic: Animated Light Display: Be mesmerized by a spectacular showcase of lights choreographed to festive tunes, casting a spell of holiday cheer at Conservation Lake.
- Christmas at Character Cottage: Step into a cozy holiday setting at North America, where the Character Ambassador friends have decked their cottage in the spirit of the season. Don’t miss the lively “Jingle Jamboree” with the animated polar bear band, the Oak Ridge Bears.
- 12 Days of Wildlights Train Ride: Embark on a whimsical journey through the North America region, singing along to the classic tune of the “12 Days of Christmas” while taking in the breathtaking scenery.
- Holiday Tree Trail: Take a self-guided stroll through this indoor display of beautifully-decorated trees representing the Zoo, The Wilds, Zoombezi Bay, and Safari Golf Club (with some influence of our lovable character ambassadors).

- The Santa Experience: Immerse yourself in the holiday magic by chatting with Santa himself at the Polar Frontier Region. Capture the moment with a cherished photo to treasure for years to come.
- Rudolph and Friends Meet & Greet Experience: Step into Bumble’s cave and meet beloved characters from the timeless classic “Rudolph The Red-Nosed Reindeer,” including Rudolph, Hermey the Elf, Bumble the Abominable Snow Monster, and Yukon Cornelius.

- Sensory-Friendly Light Stroll: On November 14, experience the magic of Wildlights in a calming environment designed for sensory comfort, featuring limited background sounds and smaller crowds. Sensory kits with noise-canceling headphones, sunglasses, and fidget devices will be available at Guest Relations for a $10 refundable deposit. Admission is FREE to Columbus Zoo and Aquarium Members, but pre-registration is required. Admission for Non-Columbus Zoo and Aquarium Members is $16.99 per person. Purchase tickets here.
- Wildlights Member Night: Exclusive to Columbus Zoo members on November 16 from 5:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m., this special evening offers a first look at the Wildlights festivities, complete with complimentary hot chocolate and cookies as a token of appreciation.
- Sensory-Friendly Santa Experience: Join in on December 10 from 12:00p.m. – 4:00p.m. for a unique opportunity to meet Santa in a soothing environment tailored to accommodate sensory needs. They’ve limited the number of tickets available for this part of the day.
