Exciting News: Free Concerts Coming to Columbus Commons!

Get ready to spend the night listening to the beats of the late 90s and early 2000s with TWO free concerts this summer! Columbus Commons is bringing you a nostalgic experience with some big names in music. On June 30, get ready to sing along with chart-toppers Gavin DeGraw & Colbie Caillat. Then, on August 25, rock out with Sugar Ray, Tonic, and Lit. I can not WAIT for Colbie Caillat – itโ€™s going to be the ultimate throwback experience!

The Common Ground Concert Series is a partnership between Downtown Columbus, Inc. and CAPA, bringing these incredible shows to you at no charge.

TICKET CLAIMING

  • Admission is FREE, but a ticket is required.
  • Early Ticket Release to Newsletter Subscribers: Newsletter subscribers will receive an email at 8am on the day of the ticket release with a direct link to claim their tickets. Tickets go live for newsletter subscribers at 10am. Only 2 tickets per email address.
  • General Public Ticket Claiming: Tickets are available on a first come, first-served basis. Tickets will be released at 10am on the specified dates for each concert.

FAQs

  • Parking: The most convenient garage is the Columbus Commons Main Garage at 55 E. Rich Street and 65 E. Main Street.
  • Concert Entrance: The only general admission entrance is at the southern end of Columbus Commons near 55 E Rich Street.
  • Weather: The concert will proceed rain or shine; severe weather may delay or cancel the event.
  • Food and Beverages: Food trucks, bars, and cafes will be open. Outside food is allowed, but outside alcohol is not permitted.
  • Seating: Seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis. No chairs are provided.
  • Accessibility: A reserved area will be available for patrons with accessibility needs.
  • Pets: Due to limited space, only service animals are permitted.

  • FREE tickets are required for entry. Tickets are limited to ensure a safe environment for patrons.
  • Children also require tickets.
  • Tickets are distributed through CAPAโ€™s Cbusarts.com page. Tickets are available on a first come, first-served basis.
