Free Fitness Classes at Columbus Commons

Today is the day! The free fitness classes start back up at Columbus Commons, the downtown park that has it all. Sponsored by UnitedHealthcare and coordinated by Seven Studios, youโ€™ll find seven classes every week. Seven different classes that is. From cardio classes like Commons Cardio and Kickboxing to Yoga and *new this year* Yoga/Pilates Fusion – I am sure you will find something you like. If not, go with the friend who loves to workout and talk them into Jeni’s, Winans or Condado after. ๐Ÿ˜‰

With this, there are no contracts/no excuses – only a waiver you need to sign prior to going. You can find that waiver here. When you get to your first class, make sure to check-in at the table to verify they received your waiver. If not, they do have blank waivers available.

Session 1: April 30 through May 29

Tuesday, 5:15 – 6:15 PM, Commons Cardio
Tuesday, 6:15 – 7:15 PM, Yoga/Pilates Fusion (NEW CLASS)
Wednesday, 5:15 – 6:15 PM, Hip Hop
Wednesday, 6:15 – 7:15 PM, Kickboxing
Wednesday, 7:15 – 8:00 PM, Yoga
Saturday, 9:00 – 10:00 AM, Yoga
Saturday, 10:00 – 11:00 AM, Zumba

Note: No classes on May 4 or May 11

Session 2: July 30 through September 28

I can’t remember which class this was (2017). All I remember is doing bear crawls up and down the grass for what felt like forever! Hurt so good. ๐Ÿ˜‰
