The internet is a no judgement zone, right? Great! Recently, we had our SUV detailed with Ricart and I am floored by the results. I am not one to get speechless, but, when I opened up the front door, I couldn’t believe what my eyes saw. Our 2010 Ford Escape was literally SPARKLING. It looked (and smelled) brand new. I was speechless. I couldn’t even form words. I know this seems dramatic, but, it is dramatic! I have no idea how they got it as clean as they did. I can only assume they used magic.
Disclaimer: We didn’t drive this SUV for a few months. I didn’t drive the last months of pregnancy and if you didn’t know, we joined the mini-van club – which means, that’s what we drive most of the time. Wait. That’s not that great of an excuse for it being so messy. Another reason it was a a hot mess is – I nannied for a few years and we were always on the go. Eating, playing, acting wild..not cleaning up after our adventures — all in the SUV. I guess it just accumulated over time, as things do in life. Bottom line: We just haven’t taken care of it.

When you think about getting your car detailed, you might think, “(A) I don’t have time to take it anywhere and wait for hours and (B) I can’t be down a car if I have to leave it somewhere for the day or even overnight.” You’ll be happy to hear, Ricart has a solution for that. They come to your house, pick up your car and take it back to the place they clean it at. You have the option of having a loaner car in place of yours, too. How easy is that?

Not only do they detail the inside, your vehicle will be hand-washed to remove road grime, tar, bugs, dirt and brake dust from wheels. The engine bay will be cleaned and shined. The exterior will be wiped down and exterior windows will be cleaned before applying JaxWax Liquid Carnauba by hand. Wheels will be wiped down and tires will be shined.
Now, let’s get to the important stuff — how do you get in on this sparkle day?? It’s easy. Not only will your car get completely detailed and returned by the end of the day (unless it’s a hot mess like mine, they may keep it overnight) + they come to you and pick it up, giving you an option to have a loaner vehicle for the time they have your car.

Sparkle Day Includes
- Deep Clean Body Scrub: The vehicle will be hand-washed to remove road grime, tar, bugs, dirt and brake dust from wheels. The engine bay will be cleaned and shined.
- Brightening “Facial”: Dirt will be removed from the paint’s surface and given the upgraded Ricart Shine wash.
- The Blow Out: The interior of the vehicle will be vacuumed and shampooed, interior panels cleaned, all surfaces/cup holders wiped down/out, as well as all interior windows being cleaned.
- Rejuvenating Body Wrap: The exterior of the vehicle will be wiped down and exterior windows will be cleaned before applying JaxWax Liquid Carnauba by hand. Wheels will be wiped down and tires will be shined.
