When you visit the studio, you’ll notice they truly focus on the process of making art, while empowering you the entire time. It’s not just the end product, it’s how you’re getting there. What you’re learning along the way. The conversations you’re having. The new techniques you’re making your own. It’s so much more than an art studio. Whether it is with a group of girlfriends or a class of kiddos – everyone leaves with just a bit more confidence than you did when you got there.
I really can’t rave enough about the studio, the teachers and of course, Anna herself.
I’ve been a big fan of Art with Anna for a long time. The pictures were below from the same week in 2015. I took G to a “Grown-up and Me” art class and then hosted a private art class with the girls. Both so much fun. Anyone I have ever invited to come with has always gone back for a second time! Sometimes three and four more times. It is just a gem of a spot, unlike any other art studio I’ve been too. You walk in and the energy is so great – happy, bright and welcoming.
I am a big fan of letting the girls get messy, discovering the world through all the senses. As soon as I saw that they were hosting a monthly baby art class, I knew we had to sign up. Even better, it is ONE PRICE for the entire family. A triplet moms dream.
The class is the second Saturday of each month and cost $10 per family. The suggested age is 6+ months to 3 years old, but you know you’re babes and they’re all different – so, whenever you think they’re ready. She offers washable + edible paint, which is great for kids like mine who put every.single.thing in their mouth. Counting down the days until they stop doing that! ๐
It can be overwhelming taking all three out places, especially because they love to explore. It is so nice to be in an environment where they are encouraged to explore. To be little. To figure out how things work.
I love these pumpkins and will probably still put them out every fall when their 30 years old. Hereโs hoping they last that long!ย
